Session Policies
Session Fee:
$25 cash or check donation at time of session. All proceeds go to PCBP.
Session Fee includes:
Nursing session and (3) 5x7 professional printed portraits.
Private online gallery of 3-6 proofs will be ready for viewing within 2 days of the fundraiser date. For each image selected for print, a complimentary web-sized image will be available for immediate download. The web-size images will be watermarked with DJP logo and perfect for social media.
Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by Monday, March 16th. Orders will be available for pick up on March 23 & 25th from 9am-2pm from Island Time in Carolina Beach. Or, for your convenience, your order can be shipped directly to you ($7 additional shipping fee).
Copyright Information
All images (print and digital) are the property of Dana Jackson Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws.
Altering the image in any way is punishable by up to a $150,000 fine. It is against the law to copy, scan, print or reproduce these images in anyway without written permission.
Dana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without permission. Copyright violators will be prosecuted.
Web-sized images: you may share your downloaded watermarked web-sized images on social media sites. The watermark must be visible at all times. You may use the image as your profile picture as long as the watermark continues to be visible. You may not crop or edit in any way.
Printed images: You may display them any way you choose in your home or office. You may gift it to a family member. You many not copy, scan, or reprint the image.
Model Release
Any images produced during your session are the property of Dana Jackson Photography.
Dana Jackson Photography and PCBP request the right to use any of those images for photographic competition entry, website galleries, blog entries, marketing and educational purposes.
Please check the appropriate boxes to allow Dana Jackson Photography and PCBP project permission to use these images for commercial use.
