Session Policies
Session Fee - $25
Session fee is due at time of booking as a retainer to secure your appointment. The retainer is non-refundable. Due to the nature of limited time mini-sessions, there will be no re-scheduling.
All mini-sessions are 15 minutes yeilding 8-10 proofs viewable in an online gallery. Only one(1) child per session time slot.
Online gallery of proofs will be ready for viewing on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 and will be active until midnight on Monday, February 1, 2010. All orders must be received before the gallery expires on Monday, February 1, 2010. Any orders placed after the gallery expires will be subject to Dana Jackson Photography's regular print pricing.
After 60 days from the day the gallery expires, in this case, April 1, 2010, only ordered images and images kept for portfolio use are archived for one year. All other images are purged.
Payment is due upon ordering via check, credit card, or paypal. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. All prints will be ready for pick-up or shipping by Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
Copyright Information
All images are the property of Dana Jackson Photography (even those purchased on CD) and are protected by federal copyright laws.
Copying images without permission is punishable by up to a $150,000 fine. It is against the law to copy, scan, download, print, email, or reproduce these images in anyway without written permission.
Dana Jackson Photography retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use. Dana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without permission. Copyright violators will be prosecuted.
Model Release
Any images produced during your session are the property of Dana Jackson Photography.
Dana Jackson Photography reserves the right to use any of those images for photographic competition entry, website galleries, blog entries, or any other advertising purposes.
In the case that the subject(s) being photographed is a/are minor(s), your digital signature below confirms that you are the parent/legal guardian of the child(ren). If you do not wish to have your images posted in the blog or website, please notify Dana Jackson before the session.
